Position Title: Sales Engineer
Location: Remote (Candidates must be located on the US East Coast)

About the Role:
As a Sales Engineer within our Sales and Partnerships division, specializing in Generative AI Product lines, you will hold a crucial role in strategizing, executing, onboarding, and delivering value to our esteemed clientele. We seek an individual who is not only technically proficient but also possesses the self-motivation to refine solution crafting based on their technical acumen and experience engaging with diverse technical audiences. Your contributions will be instrumental in implementing scalable processes and ensuring the successful delivery of intricate projects, spanning from onboarding to technical demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Enablement, Deployment Planning, and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans delineating scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnership, and Product stakeholders to define project objectives.
Facilitate cross-functional teamwork, ensuring seamless communication and information exchange among team members.
Customer & Partner Centricity:
Conduct regular reviews to ensure project outcomes align with or surpass client expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners regarding product inquiries and project/POC updates.
Building Processes and Templates for Excellence and Scalability:
Provide regular progress updates and reports on project milestones.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement in leadership and product management.
Document and contribute to the development of best practices and lessons learned.
Requirements for Success:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Sales Engineer, preferably within the tech industry (SaaS).
Experience with selling, project management, and implementing AI technologies, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to guide team members toward successful execution.
Proficiency in problem-solving and documentation using project management tools.
Strong process orientation, essential for thriving in a dynamic environment like [Company Name].
PMP or similar project management certification is highly advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment; experience with scale-ups and PLG-focused startups is a plus.
