Due to continued rapid growth of their Microsoft Practice, they are seeking an Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect with experience in designing and recommending Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions to mid-sized and large enterprise clients. This is a great opportunity to join this highly sought after team in an exciting and dynamic role -- focus on the latest Microsoft technologies, help to shape and lead the practice, enjoy work-from-home flexibility, and take your career (and compensation) to the next level.
The Role: The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing Microsoft Modern Workplace and/or Teams solutions. The role will focus on assessing client needs, advising clients, creating and proposing solutions, conducting demo, proposing POCs, and handling Bill of Materials (BOMs), and Statements of Work (SOWs) with a big focus on helping to migrate or upgrade to a Modern Workplace solution. This individual must have a combination of technical experience, business acumen, and good people skills. He/she will also provide valuable input and feedback to the Microsoft Practice and help to further develop the practice.

Any experience with voice and/or telephony solutions is considered nice to have (e.g., Cisco UC, Avaya, contact center, UCaaS, VoIP) Must have good people skills and a consultative demeanor - able to work in customer environments at all levels of the organization Microsoft certifications will be a plus (but not required).
