District Sales Manager As the District Sales Manager (Texas) - Office Equipment, you will have a consultative and strategic approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. You will do so by building commercial contacts, and supporting the appointed dealers/dealer network, in line with vendor/partner agreement and sales plan, in order to realize the formulated sales objectives on lease penetration rate, new business volume and vendor/partner profitability.  You will report to the Head of US Office Equipment Sales.

Day to Day Growing dealer and manufacturer profitable business through implementing digital strategies and maintaining critical relationships.Ability to understand vendors growth strategies and act as a consultant to sell our products and services –Act as a Strategic Relationship Managers and exhibit a Consultative selling approachSuccessfully maintain and grow relationships at the C-SuiteAbility to manager and support the territory in order to foster relationships and bring in additional businessSet territory sales forecast, budget, and objectives to determine support and sales tactics and activities in dealer plan.Responsible for business reviews with accounts to share trends and metrics, identify future opportunity, and overall dealer performanceDefine vendor/partner/dealer positioning and plan within program, and contribute to sales plan, align vendor/partner/dealer plan to sales plan and get approval.Training – Responsible for training dealer partners on digital, product, promotions, and communication of changes to DLL processes or procedures.Introduce new and cross sell existing products and services to dealers.Responsible for the profitability of the dealer and the district through negotiation of commercial interdependencies to expand lease penetration rate, and structure complex transactions/dealsLiaise with all functional disciplines on program development and align all sales and operations activities to new program needs.Successfully manage internal and external stakeholdersResponsible for implementing and deploying digital objective within dealer network."We lead the way in meeting the need for flexibility and transparency which our customers increasingly expect."

Essentials Ability to successfully build relationships and sell both virtually and in person.Advanced vocational level (Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in U.S.) with insight and experience in the finance market and relevant lease market (incl. assets).Insight in local dealer organization structure, its distribution channels and vendor/partner agreements.Interaction with others is critical to the role and is concerned with changing behavior and creation of the right business climate.Bring in application existing vendor/partner program agreements but with more complex deals.Deals with new and existing business relationships of small to mid-sized local dealer.Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of attention and quality, details, correctness and deadlines.Must have the proven ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines.Travel, both national and international, may be required. Applicable pay range $108,442.53 - $162,663.79 (This role is eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range)
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
