Total Body Mobile Massage is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to join our company. As a leader in the mobile massage industry, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven individual to lead our sales team and drive the expansion of our business.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to increase revenue Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives Provide guidance on negotiation tactics and closing techniques Analyze sales data and propose actionable recommendations for improvement through weekly reports prepared for Auditing Director / Department Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior sales role Strong understanding of the mobile massage industry and its unique sales dynamics Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to think strategically and execute tactical sales plans effectively Results-oriented and confident in setting and achieving ambitious sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred Total Body Mobile Massage is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is an equal opportunity employer. Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $24.50 - $25.50/hour.
