Quore is seeking an accomplished sales leader with experience developing and executing sales strategies that access new market opportunities and achieve revenue growth. As a senior leader in the organization, the Sales Director will collaborate across the company in strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiencies, as well as ensure effective communications that foster strong cross-functional partnerships. This role is a hybrid role and will work in-person from the Franklin, TN office 3 or more days a week. Primary Job Responsibilities: Define and execute short and long-term sales strategies   Become a subject matter expert in our product and be able to confidently articulate Quore's value proposition Maintain expert working knowledge of our industry, market and competitive landscape Clearly communicate market and customer insights and recommendations to leaders and executives to influence goals and inform data driven decisions Play a key role in processes designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential by acting internally as the voice of the customer, collecting and sharing customer feedback Analyze sales results to identify the effectiveness of sales programs and action on results to improve sales productivity and customer value Continuously evaluate and refine the end-to-end sales process for overall efficiency and effectiveness Sales budgeting and forecasting Prepare sales reports and dashboards for the Executive team Coach and develop a team of 3-5 Sales Executives to achieve sales targets Attend networking and relevant conferences, tradeshows, and events Required Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent Minimum 3-5 years of sales management experience with a SaaS company and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets and quotas Demonstrated experience in sales strategy and operations CRM experience and the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics Strong business acumen, including problem solving and critical thinking Strong leadership competencies and authentic desire to champion Quore's core values Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build sustainable internal and external relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications: Hospitality experience, specifically working knowledge of hotels Proficient in the use of SFDC Experience using Google Analytics, or similar tools; advanced in Excel experience with data visualization  Benefits: 100% employed paid medical, dental and vision coverage for full-time employees Flexible Spending Account & Health Savings Account options (employer contribution for HSA participants) Life insurance Short-term disability 401(k) with employer match Generous Paid holidays + 4 weeks of PTO accrued upon start date 12 weeks parental leave Eligible for participation in Annual Bonus Plan Employee Assistance Program Hybrid work schedule Flexibility to support work and personal needs Modern and creative workspace, including a well-stocked pantry and fridge Fun, hands-on culture, recognized in 2020 by Forbes as one of the Best Startup Employers and recognized in 2023 by The Tennessean as a Top Workplace Recognized as a Top 20 Bootstrapped & Institutionally Backed Companies in Tennessee by the Association of Corporate Growth Quore is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
