Sales Director- Design Services

We seek a Sales Director (12+ years experience) from the Bay Area to develop and grow ASIC business within the Semiconductor/Hyperscaler ecosystem for a global services company.

The ideal candidate will be an A+ player with a Hunter mindset and should have sold into Semiconductor or Hyperscaler accounts with a focus on strategic customer relationships and opportunities.

Requirements:
12 to 15 years of experience working with or selling into top tier1 semiconductor/Hyperscaler accounts. Should have sold at VP/GM levels.
Deep understanding of the ASIC/Chip market landscape, including emerging technologies, trends and competitors.
Experience working in newly emerging technologies such as AI/ML, 5G, graphics, cloud, ADAS, etc.
Experience working on turnkey and ODC opportunities for SOCs and embedded software.
Experience in creating new accounts and keeping relationships to grow current accounts.
Proven track record of success in driving new business development and achieving sales targets, particularly within the hyperscaler / Chip industry segment.
Established a network of contacts within hyperscaler companies and ASIC/chip manufacturers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Must be local to Silicon Valley
