Responsibilities
• Oversight of Weekly Sales Reports from salespeople• Managing effectiveness of associated task file notes• Managing effectiveness of planned trips• Oversight of salespeople Target Prospect accounts• Oversight of salespeople mileage reports and expense reports• Management of salespeople commissions approval and oversight• Develop and manage efforts for Account Sales Plan for each account• Utilize CRM system for tracking, upkeep, and closing of high probability opportunities• Develop and manage salespeople Personal Improvement Programs• Assistance in realignment of salespeople territories• Assistance in salespeople recruitment• Other duties as assigned
