Sales Development Representative (SDR) Job Title : Sales Development Representative (SDR) reports to SVP of Sales

Position Overview:  As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ServiceUp, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You'll be responsible for initiating contact with prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the success of a disruptive technology company.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospecting: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking to generate new leads and opportunities.
2. Qualification : Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, goals, and requirements to determine fit for ServiceUp's solutions.
3. Lead Management: Effectively manage and prioritize inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and qualification.
4. Solution Presentation: And articulate the benefits and features of ServiceUp's products and services to prospects, demonstrating how they address their specific needs.
5. Pipeline Development: Nurture relationships with qualified leads, progressing them through the sales funnel and scheduling appointments for Account Executives.
6. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and messaging. 
7. Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and customers in the CRM system (Hubspot), ensuring data integrity and providing visibility into the sales pipeline.
9. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualification, and pipeline contribution. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
-Proven experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably in a B2B software or technology company.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to adapt quickly to change. 
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a sales-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with Sales Intelligence Platforms (e.g. Apollo, ZoomInfo, Uplead)
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Hubspot or Salesforce) and sales automation tools preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus.
- Experience in automotive fleet repair.
