Presently, we are in search of a collaborative and solution-driven Sales Development Representative to enrich our ranks. This role constitutes a full-time, entry-level position with comprehensive training and compensation commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative: Engage potential customers adeptly by addressing inquiries regarding products and services, adeptly closing sales directly with clients' leads. Manage customer inquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently and courteously. Offer product recommendations tailored to customers' needs, actively pursuing opportunities for upselling products and services. Compile and analyze customer information to generate comprehensive product or service reports. Contribute collaboratively to team objectives, ensuring the attainment of collective goals. Stay abreast of the latest product offerings, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base. Execute any additional duties as delegated by senior management as required. Key Requirements of the Sales Development Representative: Demonstrates a positive demeanor and possesses exceptional communication abilities. Proficient in the principles and procedures governing exemplary customer service. Exhibits product knowledge, coupled with a focus on quality, adept problem-solving skills, and conflict resolution abilities. Equipped with a high school diploma or its equivalent. Aligned with company values and committed to upholding standards of integrity. Displays outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with a high degree of professionalism. Capable of functioning seamlessly within a team environment or autonomously as required.
