Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service and make clients feel valued• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients, selling wellness program, and encouraging retail purchases• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls/emails, and addressing questions• Help grow and retain client base through outreach• Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous retail or sales experience preferred• Excellent math and computer skills• Ability to multitask• Great people skills and ability to establish positive relationships• General knowledge of massage and skincare services
