We are currently in a transition period of rapid growth, and we are seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to help us fuel our headway!  Job Description: 
The Sales Coordinator will work with VP of Sales to manage the operational part of the company's Importing's DSD program with multiple retailers across the country. This involves handling any specific customer service issues and requests. In addition to acting as an important liaison between the internal Importing team, LLC and key mainstream customers, this position will be responsible for acting as coordinator for the DSD program.   Essential Role Functions Day to day operational activity for all DSD accounts Mainstream price lists, sales volume, product availability, cost increase submissions, new item submissions and setup Coordinate Merchandiser schedules – internal merchandisers and third parties Coordinate various company processes such as customer service, product logistics, and transport Analyze sales movement and trends for future recommendations If necessary, support with resets in stores, merchandising, and installing POP Store visit to understand the market and strategy Constant communication with Business Manager and Sales Manager for support in specific Markets Point of contact for new customers and prospective customers Other duties/tasks as assigned  Work Experience Requirements for This Role Bachelor's Degree or higher education 2+ years of experience in CGP industry, Distributor Business is a plus Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns  Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives Planning, organization, and problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Competencies: Organized Positive Attitude, a role model for integrity Ownership mindset Highly Analytical Self-Confident Ability to nimbly adapt quickly to changing business needs Team oriented  Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects Schedule 
Job Type: Full-time 
Shift: Day shift - Monday to Friday (occasional weekend) 
Work setting: Hybrid (2-3 days in office) 
Ability to commute/relocate: Cicero, IL 60804
