Qualifications:
2+ Years in Logistics Sales (Experience in 3PL sales is a plus)
Residing in Michigan, Ohio, or Indiana
Familiarity with LTL, Truckload, and Expedited Freight Transportation
Comfortable presenting TFWW software to customers
Proactive approach to reaching out to potential customers with logistics solutions
Strong organizational skills
Reliable Transportation
Ability to analyze accounts and offer competitive solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities of the Freight Transportation Sales Professional:
Represent Superior Logistics Solutions and TFWW professionally via phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions with businesses seeking freight transportation services.
Generate leads through various outreach efforts including online networking (webinars, LinkedIn, etc.) and building customer referral relationships.
Conduct traditional live sales meetings, participate in networking events, local events, and community-based business-building activities.
Educate customers on using our proprietary TFWW Connect software to leverage the financial and time-saving benefits.
Assist customers in entering shipments into our online Transportation Management System (TMS) and refer them to our local office operational team for additional support.
Understand each customer's unique freight shipping needs.
Monitor competition by staying updated on current marketplace information regarding pricing and shipping alternatives.
Maintain regular communication with SLS ownership and our team of support professionals.
Act as a dedicated account manager.
First-Year Earnings Expectations: $70K - $100K+
