Are you an experienced sales professional seeking a rewarding remote role? We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Center Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal position, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our sales center meets its objectives while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of remote sales agents, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to identify trends and develop strategies for optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and expertly cross-sell products and services.
- Manage and optimize our automated lead follow-up system, ensuring timely and effective customer outreach.
- Contribute to goal-setting and performance evaluation initiatives for the sales center team.
- Assist in hiring, training, and coaching new sales center agents, promoting professional growth and development.
- Conduct regular call monitoring and provide constructive feedback to sales agents, supporting their skill enhancement.
- Spearhead emergency response protocols to ensure prompt communication with tenants during critical situations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center environment or equivalent setting (3+ years preferred).
- Proven track record of 3+ years in high-volume sales, with a sales certification being an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with operational reports and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport over the phone or virtually.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a remote team, providing support, direction, and coaching.
- Adaptability to changing requirements and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Conflict resolution skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST
