Job Summary:Dutch Miller of Wytheville is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales BDC to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our dealership. The Sales BDC will be responsible for managing and converting leads through effective communication and customer service skills. This is a full-time, individual contributor role offering a competitive salary and benefits package.Compensation & Benefits:Salary ranging from $2500 to $5000 per monthPaid monthlyHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time offCareer growth opportunitiesResponsibilities:Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and internet inquiriesEngage with potential customers to understand their needs and interestsSchedule appointments for customers to visit the dealershipMaintain customer contact and follow-up after initial inquiriesUtilize lead management software and other tools to track and manage leadsCollaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads are properly and effectively managedMeet and exceed individual and team targets for lead conversion and retentionDevelop and maintain product knowledge in order to effectively communicate with customersProvide exceptional customer service to all potential and current customersRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentProven experience in a sales or customer service roleKnowledge of the automotive industry preferred but not requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyComputer proficiency and familiarity with lead management softwareFamiliarity with sales and negotiation techniquesAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentValid driver's license and clean driving recordEEOC statement:Dutch Miller of Wytheville is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
