Responsibilities
• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives• Utilize optical prescription to recommend lenses and lens coatings• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinating with optical measurements• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed• Contribute to a positive store environment• Maintain store appearance and keep displays and inventory clean• Treat customers and colleagues with respect• Embrace new technology and adapt to change• Sell through use of sales skills and meet sales goals• Strong oral and written communication skills• Self-motivated and able to multitask• Respond flexibly in a changing environment
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service• Familiarity with point of sale system, computers, and calculators• Basic phone and math skills• Ability to sell and meet sales goals• Strong communication skills• Self-motivated and able to multitask• Ability to adapt to change• Embrace new technology• High level of accuracy
