Responsibilities
• Offers customer support via phone, website and in person• Processes payments by totalling purchases; processing cash, and store or other credit cards.• Use judgment to solve customer problems• Maintains scheduling commitments• Shipping and packaging• Price tagging new items• Keeping the shop clean and tidy• Closing and opening the shop• weekend availability is a MUST• some weekday availability is an option
Requirements
• 5 year retail experience preferred• Friendly and outgoing personality• Excellent verbal and written skills• Able to problem solve as issues arise
