Responsibilities: Complete paid training on product and service information Greet customers upon arrival Stay up-to-date on all products, services, and consumer trends Answer customers' questions about products and services Suggest and sell products and services to customers Open customer accounts by recording account information Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to self-manage when working independently High school diploma or equivalent Competitive, outgoing personality Benefits: Hourly base pay with paychecks every Friday!
