SALES ASSOCIATE AVAILABLE IN FRANKLIN, MA Volt is immediately hiring for Sales Associate in Franklin, MA As a Sales Associate, you will be:
· Coordinating appliance phone support for inquiries from sales.
· Receiving the incoming and outgoing calls to customers to schedule their appliance delivery/install.
· Preparing timely and accurate information for incoming requests and status inquiries.
· Responsible for paying attention to detail for scheduling and coordinating delivery.
· Maintaining accurate calendars and systems software data.
· Resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service.
· Helping improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders.
· Collaborating with other departments and locations to ensure timely shipment of orders.
This is a Full-time Contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have: · Prior customer service experience.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
· Prior Computer experience.
Pay Rate: $19- $22.50 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
