Mobility City is the preeminent mobility equipment repair company in the US today. Similar to AAA, we provide service to veterans, seniors and the physically challenged via our mobile service vans, fixing equipment like wheelchairs, mobility scooters, hospital beds, walkers and lift chairs. We also sell and rent new equipment in our beautiful retail showrooms.
We're looking for a person with an outgoing personality, a positive attitude and a desire to help customers "get going again" to serve as a part-time Sales Associate in our Littleton showroom. Your primary role as our "first point of contact" is to relieve customer anxiety and provide a solution for them by answering the phone with a compassionate voice, showing interest in them and their challenges, providing accurate product information, scheduling their appointment and processing their credit card. We will train you how to accomplish these important functions and how to work closely with our service technicians to keep them organized, on time and the customer aware. You will be responsible for all completed service order paperwork.
Only those individuals with a strong work ethic, a desire to help others and excellent organizational and communication skills should apply. We pay a starting base hourly rate of $16.00 - $20.00, depending on experience. Other benefits may be available. We require a clean background check and you must have your own transportation. Responsibilities: Welcoming customers into the store Staying knowledgeable about our range of mobility products Explaining the benefits and functions of products, method of use and proper care Prospect and contact potential customers Processing payments for service, sales and rentals, operating the POS register Promoting special sales and awareness of extended warranty offerings Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Taking service calls and assisting in the scheduling of service jobs Working in collaboration with the service technicians Other duties as may be assigned Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Ability to build rapport with customers Must pass criminal history background check Must be willing to work every Saturday 9:30 am to 2 pm.
