Responsibilities
• Sell, fit, and dispense eyewear• Meet sales and company objectives• Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct• Foster an inclusive and respectful environment for associates and customers• Assist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses• Perform insertion and removal training of contact lenses• Educate clients on eyeglass and contact lens care• Maintain accurate patient records• Notify customers of order readiness or delays• Assist customers in picking out appropriate eyewear
Requirements
• 1+ years of related retail/customer service experience preferred• Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish• Strong selling skills• Ability to give clear and concise instructions to customers• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees• High School Diploma or equivalent required
