Responsibilities
• Sell, fit, and dispense eyewear to customers• Adhere to company's Code of Conduct• Bring company's Mission, Vision, and Values to life• Assist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses• Educate clients on eyeglass and contact lens care• Maintain patient records and notify customers• Assist customers with picking out eyewear• Answer and forward phone calls• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols• Ensure inventory control and visual merchandising
Requirements
• 1+ years related experience or training in retail/customer service preferred• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish• Strong selling skills and ability to meet targets• Clear and concise communication with customers• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with all employees• High School Diploma or equivalent required
