We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled Sales and Administrative Assistant to join our growing team and help streamline our sales processes. Job Description:
As a Sales and Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales by working to schedule appointments, managing the sales pipeline, and performing administrative tasks. This position requires a highly organized individual with a proactive attitude who can effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Calling new and existing customers, following up. No random cold calling etc. Admin and back office work as well. Full time - Eastern Time (EST). Small Telecom Company. Responsibilities: Work to close sales by schedule and coordinate appointments. Assist in managing the sales pipeline and updating CRM systems. Handle administrative duties such as reporting and maintaining records. Communicate with clients and prospects to ensure excellent service delivery. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support/related role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
