Sales Applications Engineer

This role is responsible for fulfilling customer requirements pertaining to specialized engineering needs and commercial aspects, including pricing, order entry, and customer service. Strong communication skills are essential to maintain an efficient and customer-friendly presence. The position also involves contributing to production and product development projects, integrating into the entire sales and production process. The incumbent will acquire expertise in sales, marketing, and heat transfer engineering.



Key Responsibilities: Collaborate in the identification and recommendation of heat transfer products tailored to customer-specified applications and material requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, offering comprehensive technical and commercial support. Conduct training related to heat exchanger design & selection software. Tackle product drawing, design and production obstacles. Investigate customer orders and requirements & manage pricing adjustments. Work with Customer Service Representatives to address customer needs such as ship dates, VOCs, and other plant-related tasks. Coordinate revision requests. Required Qualifications: Aptitude in Heat Transfer Thermodynamics is preferred. CAD design and the ability to create technical drawings is a plus. Manufacturing and/or account management is strongly preferred.
