Responsibilities
• Create a welcome environment for customers• Understand store goals and help the team meet them• Coach Beauty Advisors on loyalty programs• Support planning, execution, and staffing of events, services, and classes• Execute company initiatives in a timely manner• Ensure the store is stocked and well-maintained• Provide product and service suggestions• Train Beauty Advisors and support brand partners• Contribute to store sales goals• Participate in inventory control and loss prevention programs
Requirements
• 1-3 years experience in a similar role supporting sales, training, and client service• Strong communication skills• Ability to influence, motivate, and provide feedback• Knack for technology and systems• Resilience and ability to react to situations• Strong organizational and planning skills• Available to work a flexible schedule• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds• Adherence to dress code and policies
