Western States Lodging & Management invites a seasoned professional to join our esteemed hospitality team as full-time Sales and Revenue Senior Director .
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? This role offers an enticing compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 annually , complemented by a 20% quarterly bonus.
This full-time position operates on a standard schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM . Embrace a balanced work-life routine while making a significant impact in hospitality!
All that you need is: Outside sales experience with a proven track record of success 10+ years in a sales leadership or management role OR experience in this role or a similar position Strong background in hotel operations, revenue management principles, and sales and marketing plan creation Analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office applications and database management Strong background in hotel operations, revenue management principles, sales and marketing plan and budget creation. Analytical and strategic thinking skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey revenue insights and recommendations. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
