WHO WE ARE: RACE RESULT is a young, fast growing company that provides time-keeping systems, software solutions and accessories for thousandsof sporting events such as marathons, triathlons, ski runs, etc. all over the world. At our headquarters in Pfinztal near Karlsruhe, we develop innovative ideas, hardware, software, workflows, products, online platforms and more, at a high technological standard. Our solutions accompany millions of athletes to their finish. We have a constant growth of 30 % a year, continually expanding with new customers, new countries and new products. Most young companies have investors and do not achieve high profits. We are different. After a few years of efficient business practices, we were able to build our own company headquarters. We now have offices in the USA and Malaysia and distributors in six other countries. Due to this development and growth, we are constantly searching for new employees in all of our offices.
YOUR DUTIES: Responding to incoming sales leads and advising current and potential customers on product solutions
Scheduling follow-up communication to open orders and previous inquiries
Supporting our global sales team in day-to-day business development, researching new markets and participating in trade fairs and events
Creating emailing campaigns, sales brochures, website content and other marketing material in close cooperation with colleagues from marketing, sales and support
Processing of orders and customer inquiries as well as complaints
Planning of customer conference and training
YOUR PROFILE: Technical, sales or marketing background, ideally with a degree in marketing / sales / sports science
Good technical understanding as well as the interest in becoming acquainted with new topics
High internet affinity and understanding of the relevance of social media for companies
Sociability, high level of self-motivation and ambition
Passion for sports and sporting events
High degree of customer orientation
Proficiency in English, any additional language is a strong plus
Willingness to travel internationally
