Responsibilities
• Deliver in-person sales pitch in compliance with company procedures• Document sales activity with accuracy and correctness• Maintain up-to-date calendar and be responsive to customers• Attend meetings and stay current on sales information• Build relationships with existing and potential customers• Train other sales representatives• Handle escalated customer service issues• Meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
• At least 2 years of sales experience in roofing• Excellent communication skills• Ability to travel and valid driver's license• Ability to overcome objections and perform in a short sales cycle• Ability to present sales pitch professionally• Familiarity with building codes, laws, and regulations• Ability to safely walk long distances and climb stairs• Customer service oriented• Team player• Familiarity with tablets and Microsoft Office• High school diploma or equivalent• Roofing installation certification preferred
