Responsibilities
• Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects needs• Lead prospective residents and family members on guided tours• Inspect building and model apartment(s) for tour readiness• Coordinate and execute all aspects of sales and marketing• Utilize Sherpa for prospect database maintenance and follow-up• Create and implement strategic marketing plan for the community
Requirements
• Two years of previous experience in a similar sales role preferred• Bachelor's degree preferred• Excellent communication and presentation skills
