Jilly's Car Wash has proudly been serving the community since 2010! More than just a car wash, we are about the good people who make up this team, to provide excellence to our customers and members. This position is for Membership & Service Advisor -- perhaps the most important position as you're the first person who our customer sees upon entering one of our 5 facilities. Your role is to greet them with a friendly face, and offer them our membership program or a wash package that suits their needs.
This is an active, outdoor position in our Wisconsin winters. By applying you are agreeing to working a good majority of your shift outdoors. We will provide Jackets and handwarmers.
Although this position can be very high-paying if you perform well, this position can also lead to advancement in the company. Compensation is very competitive. There will be a base hourly rate in addition to weekly bonuses, monthly bonuses, and residual income.
