Responsibilities
• Review order confirmation, audit orders, track submissions, and attend production meetings.• Assist in creating and maintaining sales reporting, track sales performance and bid activity.• Assist in carrying out annual objectives, planning customer events, training, and more.• Interact with customers for registration, titling, and delivery instructions.• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, alert sales team to production issues, and notify accounting of delivery completion.
Requirements
• 5+ years of administrative, sales, or organizational support experience• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Enterprise Management software, and contact management software• Problem-solving aptitude• Results-oriented, able to work independently and in a team• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Valid Driver's License
