Location: This position is located in Alamogordo, New Mexico Job Description: The primary purpose of our company is to provide a WORLD-CLASS EXPERIENCE to our home buyers and homeowners. The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate tracking and reporting of sales data, enabling senior management to make informed decisions regarding revenue targets. Additionally, this role will assist with additional roles within the Revenue department ensuring seamless operations when are absent.

Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain Accurate Sales Data within the Enterprise System as well as within the CRM System. Assists in creating sales data reports using CRM and PowerBI Systems. Manage monthly and yearly proformas for the company and divisions. Support the Closing Coordinator in Home Closing tasks when needed. Track and maintain the Home Starts / Release program. Manage lot inventory within the Enterprise System for Lot Vue, including data entry and ensuring accuracy. Assists the Marketing Manager in coordinating Sales Events for the Divisions. Assists Division Presidents / Sales Associates and Real Estate Partners in preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) within each Division. Assists the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in gathering and preparing CMA data for new markets. Collaborates with Division Presidents / Sales Associates to ensure necessary supplies are available for the sales team within each division. Required Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in computer programs such as email, Excel, and Word. Strong organizational and analytical skills for report preparation. Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet project deadlines.
