Responsibilities
• Drive top-line, logo acquisition within a given territory or vertical• Travel up to 2-3x per month• Prospect, engage, and demonstrate value to target accounts• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders• Own the entire sales cycle• Generate pipeline and achieve ARR bookings• Incorporate team selling• Challenging existing thinking by business leaders• Develop targeted outbound campaigns• Manage and win competitive RFP processes
Requirements
• Demonstrated ownership in driving top-line, logo acquisition within a given territory or vertical• Ability to travel up to 2-3x per month• BA in Business or related field, or equivalent experience• Minimum 5 years of business development, sales, and/or account management experience• Minimum 2 years of direct-selling software into mid-to-large industrial organizations• Experience with Connected Worker Software and the EHS or Quality departments is a plus• Experience challenging existing thinking by business leaders• Internally motivated and creative solution-oriented• Experience in outbound campaigns and sales tech stack optimization• Experience managing and winning competitive RFP processes• Expert level capabilities in developing and managing a robust pipeline• Hubspot CRM experience is a plus• Experience with startups or small team environments• Willingness to be accountable and prioritize meaningful work
