SAFETY MANAGER
DUTIES:
Evaluates the work environment form the standpoint of ergonomics, machine guarding, and other applicable regulations.
Conduct/assist in audits, accident investigations, and trend analysis.
Provide consultation and assists with initiates related to EHS projects and programs.

To include but not limited to HAZCOMM, HAZMAT, other programs required by law.
Conduct safety audits, support inspectors, and maintains OSHA or other required regulatory laws.
Manage site environmental permits and comply with all reporting and permit applications under local, state, and federal laws.
Perform facility tours and inspections of manufacturing operation, office, and shipping areas.
Develops employee

safety/environmental

programs and training.
Accident reports.
Consult with employees on safety, health, and environment questions.
Other duties as assigned by upper management.
EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Health, Environmental or related discipline.
3 plus years' experience.

Must include manufacturing.
Hands-on experience
Ability to develop and implement required programs.
Conduct training.
