Full job description Safety Administrator needed in Woodburn - OR Job Description: Create and implement safety plans and ensure they are being followed daily Review existing policies and procedures Inspects facilities to detect existing or potential safety and health hazards. Develops and maintain working knowledge of applicable safety regulations. Identify safety-training needs and develop action plan to complete training. Conduct trainings, administrative duties and recordkeeping Conduct accident/incident investigations. Skills: microsoft office, manufacturing, production, Safety, Safety procedures, osha, Customer service, Administrative skills, Data entry, injury reporting, human resources
Additional Skills & Qualifications: very basic must haves:
must be able to work at least one graveyard shift a month and 2 swing shifts a month. must have investigative nature and want to get to the bottom of safety issues` need to have the potential to move into supervisor or manager role within a year read, write and speak English fluently need to be very approachable and make people feel comfortable bringing up safety concerns need to be motivated to learn and be very reliable best v average:
bilingual spanish safety experience manufacturing or production experience They are open to a higher level candidate and turning this into a salaried role for a qualified candidate. Experience Level: Intermediate Level
