Regional Vice President of Sales for U.S. Advanced Surgical – Southeast Region(Location – Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, Jacksonville, FL, and Tampa, FL are preferred locations)As the Regional Vice President, U.S. Advanced Surgical, your primary responsibility is the development, oversight, implementation, and evaluation of the Southeast region. This includes oversight of new product/market introductions, sales training programs, key surgeon/key account visits, and attendance at key industry congresses and meetings.·Drives commercial execution and continuous improvement across the region as well as current intel on market conditions and product needs.·Creates close working relationships with functions across the Advanced Surgical business and broader Surgical OU, including Marketing, Finance, Medical Education, and other functional partners to ensure the highest impact.·Develops and reinforces compliance with all Medtronic policies, business conduct standards, and pricing strategies.Building and Maintaining a Diverse High-Performance Culture·Leads the strategy, structure, and effectiveness of the U.S. Advanced Surgical'sSoutheastRegion sales organization and ensures alignment with required capabilities to win in the market.·Creates and fosters a diverse, ethical, accountable, and performance-driven competitive culture.·Attracts, retains, and develops talent.People Management Sales Executives Career StreamPeople Management sales executives include sales regional heads providing strategic vision and/or tactical/strategic direction for a sales force. The majority of time is spent overseeing their area of responsibility and directing the responsibilities of employees.
