Responsibilities
• Interact with customers to guide their RV purchases• Respond to leads and provide information• Assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle• Negotiate terms to meet customer's needs• Ensure customer satisfaction before and after purchase• Follow up with customers to support their ownership experience
Requirements
• Meet and exceed sales targets• Train and learn about all products• Gather correct paperwork for deals• Provide detailed product knowledge• Build strong relationships with customers• Work closely with F&I department
