Responsibilities
• Interact with customers to guide their RV purchase• Respond to leads in a timely fashion and provide information• Help customers select their perfect vehicle and negotiate terms• Provide exceptional customer experience before and after purchase• Drive customer loyalty and satisfaction• Transition customers to the Service department
Requirements
• Meet and exceed sales targets• Train and learn all products available• Gather correct paperwork for processing deals• Provide detailed product knowledge to customers• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships• Work closely with the F&I department• RV Sales experience NOT required• Experience in Automotive or Home Sales a plus• Excellent communication and follow up skills• Positive energy and good work ethic• Willingness to work weekends
