Job summary
Blue Compass RV is hiring Sales Associates to manage the sales process from start to finish.Help clients with product selection, negotiate terms, and finalize sales.Provide exceptional customer experience and drive loyalty.

Responsibilities
• Interact with customers online, over the phone, and in person.• Respond to leads and answer questions.• Guide customers from initial contact to in-store experience.• Help customers select their perfect vehicle and negotiate terms.• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up after purchase.• Transition customers to the Service department for support.• Meet and exceed sales targets.• Gather correct paperwork for deals.• Provide detailed product knowledge to customers.• Maintain strong customer relationships and outstanding service.
Requirements
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets.• Train and learn all available products.• Ensure correct paperwork for deals.• Have detailed product knowledge.• Build rapport with customers.• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.• Positive energy and good work ethic.• Willingness to work weekends.• RV Sales experience NOT required.• Experience in Automotive Sales or Home Sales a plus.
