Job ResponsibilitiesProvide on time service to all accounts on daily service routeShred all customer documents in a secure manner as per company policy and procedureAdhere to PROSHRED® and ISO policies and proceduresStrictly maintain all company procedures for proper image and attire and decorum both inside and out of the customer's facilitiesComplete paperwork neatly, correctly and accurately at each stopPromote service to current customers to secure more businessPromote service to casual enquiries to secure leadsDeal with customer concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous mannerDeliver and install new containers in customer facilities as requiredRepair containers on site immediately if requiredCommunicate with Customer Services Coordinator on a regular basis to report daily progress.Provide end of day paperwork in a complete and organized fashion as per company procedureComplete a daily safety check of the shredding vehicle and equipment and report any deficiencies immediatelyMake minor repairs to the shredding track and equipment as necessaryParticipate in monthly meeting and updatesV. An ideal candidate for this role should have:CDL 'B' with airbrake endorsementPositive attitude, high energy level, self motivated and flexibleAbility to work early morning hours and long daysGood knowledge of roads and routes in the Twin Cities, St. Cloud and MankatoAbility to lift 50+ lbs and cart around up to 300 lbsHourly pay plus bonus potentialJob Type: Full-timeRequired experience:* Driving CDL-B: 1 yearRequired license or certification:* CDL-B
