Job Description: We are looking to add another full-time, dedicated Route Driver to our Customer Service team Portland, OR. To be successful this individual would need to be highly driven, reliable, and customer service oriented with a passion for ensuring positive customer experiences. You'll be supporting the existing Customer Service Representatives who conduct route delivery and customer account management, while training to run your own permanent route. See below for details.

Our ideal candidate has: 2+ years customer service or sales experience Strong communication skills with an emphasis on attention to detail Read, write, speak English fluently (bi-lingual a plus!) As a Route Driver - Customer Service Support you will be responsible for the route service, route sales support, driving a 16 ft. box truck (CDL not required) to our customer locations, the loading and unloading of inventory, account management, and customer relationship management.
This position is a training position with near term growth opportunity . You'll be training with an existing Customer Service Representative until you're able to take the next available route and book of business. After completion of the training period, you'll step into the Customer Service Representative position accompanied by a pay and responsibility increase.
