We're in search of a housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay with us. Responsibilities include cleaning and tidying guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces, restocking guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens, laundry, reporting any maintenance issues or damages to hotel management, adhering to health and safety standards and procedures, following instructions and schedules provided by supervisors or management, maintaining confidentiality, and respecting guest privacy. Basic computer skills are helpful as we run off of an online reservation system and phone app. Job may require alternating within our other two properties, which are all within a mile of each other. All three boutique hotels have under twenty-five rooms. The ideal candidate is a cleaning enthusiast, a team player, and a highly organized professional.Responsibilities:Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest clothing.Utilize basic computer skills for tasks such as text communication through app and accessing reservation systems.Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors.Restock guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens.Empty trash in guest rooms.Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to hotel management.Adhere to health and safety standards and procedures.Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests promptly.Follow instructions and schedules provided by supervisors or management.Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy.Qualifications:Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skillsHigh school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent1+ years as a professional housekeeper or similar positionGood understanding of cleaning techniques and productsExperience preferred but not required.Basic computer skills.Experience with a reservation system a plus.No elevators at properties so must be comfortable with stairs.Hours are 9 am - 3 pm.Must be available at least every other weekend (may vary during off-season).About Company:We are the proud owners of three charming boutique beach hotels, each offering a unique and unforgettable experience for our guests.
