As a Commission-Based Salesperson at M&M Home Remodeling Services, you will be: ?? Selling premium residential exterior home remodeling products to homeowners, including roofing, siding, windows, and doors.
?? Utilizing your exceptional sales skills to generate leads, prospect customers, and build a robust pipeline.
?? Taking charge of your earning potential with a competitive commission-based compensation structure.
?? Building lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and expert advice.
?? Collaborating with a supportive team dedicated to your success and growth within the company.
?? Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets.
Requirements: ?? Proven track record of success in commission-based sales, preferably in the home remodeling or roofing industry.
?? Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with the ability to uncover new business opportunities.
??? Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to engage with homeowners.
????? Self-confident, self reliant, and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving goals.
?? Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also excelling independently.
?? Ability to lift 50 lbs (utilizing a ladder to get on top of residential roofs during appointments)
?? Valid Drivers License
