Apple Roofing is seeking Roofing Consultants who can provide homeowners with a rock star experience. An ideal candidate will have a good understanding of their local market. He/she will need to navigate the sales cycle while acquiring homeowners' trust and business. An excellent candidate can service the customers wants and needs while maintaining a high level of communication and organization. Overall, this role is focused on bringing opportunities to the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify opportunitiesDocument sales by creating and updating customer records in CRMSource and develop client referralsPrepare sales action plansMaintain customer databaseMake sales calls to new and existing clientsConduct roofing inspectionsDevelop sales proposalsPrepare and present sales contractsAttend company trainingsRespond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in personEnsure customer service satisfaction and good client relationshipsFollow up on sales activityParticipate in sales events

This role requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. In addition, Roofing Consultants:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbsMust be able to climb stairs and laddersMust be able to walk long distancesMust be able to work in hot, cold, humid and/or rainy weather conditions
