Job Description:  We are currently seeking a highly experienced Roll-off Driver to join our waste management team! The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of roll-off trucks, ensuring timely and reliable transportation of waste materials to designated disposal sites. 
Key Responsibilities:  Operate roll-off trucks in adherence to all safety regulations and company policies. 
Transport and deliver waste materials to designated disposal sites. 
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness. 
Safely load and unload waste containers, securing materials as required. 
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including logs and trip reports. 
Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate efficient routes and schedules. 
Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner. 
Qualifications:  Minimum 5 years of experience as a Roll-off Driver in the waste management industry. 
Possession of a valid CDL A or B license. 
DOT certification is required. 
Clean driving record with a 7-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) history. 
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to waste transportation. 
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and securing heavy waste containers. 
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
