Management experience in a fast-paced retail or restaurant setting is required Extensive background in customer service leadership overseeing 3-10 direct reports Proven staff development skills and expertise in team retention tactics Ability to thrive outdoors in all weather, with flexibility for evenings and weekends Successful completion of a pre-hire background check
