The RPA Quality Architect plays a critical role in certifying the bots developed as part of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives within the organization. This role combines solution and technical expertise in process automation to identify, analyze and validate the business processes for automation using RPA technology.

Engage with our stakeholders to develop software automation solutions on UiPath RPA platform.  Understand requirements, design, develop and implement applications on RPA platforms to improve back-office agents processes and ROI.  Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
4-10 years of experience in IT industry
4+ years of Implementation & experience on QA with UiPath as Primary skill Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Understand the requirements (both functional and non-functional) by going through the specifications and with inputs from Business Analyst to participate efficiently in the Testing Phases of the project. Develop and execute test plans to ensure RPA solutions meet business requirements. Creation of test artifacts like Test Strategy/Plan, Test Cases, Test Execution results. Create test data as per the relevant scenarios. Participate in all phases of test and defect lifecycle. Ensure the quality and reliability of RPA bots and their compliance with defined business rules and requirements. Validate the bot in UAT phase and shared UAT results with all stakeholders. Log UAT defects for functional gaps, and major issue found during UAT. Ensure developers apply fixes for the same. Collaborate closely with RPA developers to facilitate fixes and improvements. eate BOT runbook or BOT manual for Production support/operations team. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies and practices in the RPA domain. Offer insights and recommendations on enhancing the reliability of robotic processes. Analyse performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and propose process enhancements or additional automation initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging RPA technologies. UiPath Certified Automation Business Analyst (UiABA)  UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for RPA solutions. Conduct rigorous testing, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing. Ensure the quality and reliability of RPA bots and their compliance with defined business rules and requirements. Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points, and objectives. Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, process workflows, and rules to identify automation opportunities and define clear RPA project objectives. Process Analysis and Optimization: Conduct detailed process analysis and evaluation to identify areas for process improvement and automation. Analyze complex business processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose process optimization solutions that leverage RPA capabilities and best practices. RPA Test Management: Collaborate with the RPA development team to translate business requirements into Test scenarios and test cases. Ensure test environment and test data dependencies captured with edge case scenarios.
