The Router facilitates the efficient and timely delivery of customer orders using our Roadnet software package to generate the best possible routing solutions. The Router monitors daily route performance and assists the Operations team in completing immediate route needs and adjustments.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm, with overtime and slight changes in schedule due to operational needs.

Establish delivery routes that are cost-effective and compliant with Federal DOT guidelines Utilize the Roadnet application to ensure delivery costs are held to company-expected run rates Perform Roadnet application routing maintenance daily to ensure all locations have accurate information. Route start times, pre/post trips, starting/ending depot, travel modes, color for mapping, assigned driver, equipment, and DOT road checks Plan maintenance of equipment Perform a recap of the previous day's actual routing results; make necessary changes/adjustments Communicate efficiently with drivers on the road Collaborate with management to modify routes to accommodate the customers' needs Maintain an exceptional level of customer service, quality, and satisfaction Help reship & handle inbound returns Track deliveries and make the necessary adjustments for drivers and customers You have:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience 1 - 3 years of distribution, logistics, transportation, or related work experience.
