Responsibilities
• Ensure nursing operational standards are met• Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures• Train new team members and evaluate nurses' performance• Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions• Handle complaints or other issues• Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support• to residents, family, and friends
Requirements
• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License• Up to date First Aid and CPR certification• Supervisory experience preferred• One (1) or more years of experience in Long Term Care environment preferred
