Responsibilities Coordinates supervises and implements patient care based on competence professional expertise knowledge and evidence-based practice. Practice autonomously consistent with professional standards Nurse Practice Act and hospital . Input extract and evaluate data for meaningful use and patient centered medical home. Responsible for direct patient care to include rooming obtaining vitals patient assessment & education and discharge planning.
Qualifications Minimum + Associate degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent.
+ Completion of RN program
+ Greater than two years of RN experience
+ AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State required
+ American Heart Association Basic Life Support ( BLS ).
+ Communication Team building Clinical competency pursuant to department requirements
Preferred + BSN
+ Team leader or coordinator
+ Greater than two years of outpatient/ambulatory facility experience
+ Bi-lingual Leadership Proficient with MS Office programs
Pay Range $33.60 – $48.73 /hour
