Private Duty Nursing RN Supervisor Full Time: Monday - Friday; Days St. Louis, MO and surrounding areas Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000 We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse to lead our team of nurses who make a difference in the lives of our pediatric clients. Our ideal candidate has solid experience as a RN and is able to handle stressful situations. This position also requires team management skills and a problem-solving attitude. Further training in management or administration would be a bonus. Ultimately you should be able to ensure smooth nursing operation at our facility day-to-day management and long-term planning. Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services via electronic charting. In office and In-Home duties Performs client visits as needed with authorization. Supervise skills of nurses. May participate in the recruitment, interview, and skill training of new employees. Maintains responsibility for the supervision, instruction, development, counseling and performance evaluation of professional nurses, including documentation of such activities. Ensures that delivery of nursing services is in compliance with Company/State policies. Available resource person to other health team members in the identification and fulfillment of patient needs. Maintains liaison with the community's health related resources. Participates in education, quality assessment activities and other staff meetings as requested. Performs other related duties as directed by Manager/Director. Requirements Position requires active RN License 3-years' experience in professional nursing. 1-year pediatric nursing experience required. Supervisor experience preferred.
